Antique German Compo Flange Doll Head with Flirting Eyes:

This is from my father’s doll store and hospital inthe 40s and 50s. It is a compo flangehead that looks old but I don\'t know who made it or when. I believe flange heads are designed to go oncloth bodies. It has nice flirting eyesthat appear to be working well. Dimensions:circumference around forehead: 13-1/2\" Height: about 5-1/4\". The bottom flange outer dimension is about2-3/8\" side to side and 2-5/8\" front to back (slightly oval). It is marked \"Made in Germany\" onthe lower back area but no other markings that I can find. There isone crack below the right ear, otherwise no other issues that I see (no chips,cracks or hairlines). The face looksnice but most of the head is otherwise covered with glue from the mohairwig, which is included. I thought it best to leave thecleaning up to someone more knowledgeable in that area.
