This is a nice antique German Meissen porcelain sterling mounted ashtray with red / orange dragon decoration. The sterling mounting is done by Hermann Behrnd. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with no nicks or chips to the porcelain but it does have a small ding in the sterling and it comes exactly as shown. It is engraved is Kriegsschule Dresden 1936 which translates too Military School or War School Dresden 1936.
