We are pleased to offer this a beautiful Sitzendorf PorcelainFigurine. Made in Germany Manufactory -Sitzendorf, Thuringia, from 1902 to 1972. The figurine is representative of theDresden style of porcelain. Dresden style porcelain is distinguished by the useof flowers, shells, fruits, leaves and scroll work. The actual porcelain is sowhite it is almost translucent and often includes a gold edging. Sitzendorf isjust one of the German porcelain makers referred to as Dresden. The figurine iswell colored with highly ornate. Marks: Crown S, Handmademade in Germany 29. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or any othersigns of wear that I can see. Dimensions: 8 1/3” height, 5 ½” x 7 ½” base. This Figurine would make a beautiful display piece and willmake a great addition to your collection.
