Gorgeous, 10 1/2\" long, (nearly 10\" head circumference) antique bisque head, (flange neck)\"Tynie Baby\", character infant doll, circa 1924, designed by Bernard Lipfertfor Horsman and made in Germany. He she has the most beautiful, soft pink coloring and finish with slightly \"worried\" or \"frowning\" expression, sweet little closed mouth, sleep blue glass eyes, upper and lower painted eyelashes andblond eyebrowsto match his molded and painted, curly blond hair. He/she is marked on the back of his neck with the incised signature: © 1924 by/Horsman Co., INC./Made in Germany. He/she has his original stuffed cloth baby body with pleated bottom (so that he sits well) cloth legs with molded feet and cloth upper arms with composition baby hands and silent \"cry\" box in his torso.He is wearing a long,antique baby gown with fine embroidery inset and ruffled collar beneath an adorable, fine wool sweater and matching knit baby bonnet with huge flower trim (gown is a bit too large for his arm length) and is in excellent condition with no damages, no cracks or hairlines, no nicks or scratches or repairs and no odors as he is from a smoke free home.
