German bisque doll made by Kestner, she is a mould 260 and is marked \'Kestner & Co J.D.K 260 Made in Germany 42\' on the back of her head. She measures 17\" (16.5\" without her wig).She wears antique cotton clothes, they consist of her dress, and a cotton shift (nightgown like), vintage cotton socks and oilcloth antique shoes that are a little big for her but don\'t look out of place. She comes with a vintage mohair wig and cement pate.Her bisque is perfect, beautiful and creamy with rosy cheeks, the bisque has no hairlines, cracks or chips. She has beautiful original brown sleep eyes with all her eyelid wax intact.Her original and rare toddler fully jointed composition body is solid and all in good condition with the original patina, the body has minor wear showing to the joints, some crazing and ageing on the body. She has had a repair on the toe area of her left foot as shown, she is missing 2 fingers on her left hand.
