This Antique Doll is in very good condition with the usual rubbing on some of the curls in the back but because she has blonde hair you can only see the rubbing if you are looking for it. On the back of her shoulder plate is stamped the word \"Germany\". There is some rubbing on her pink cheeks too, but very minor. She has pretty blue eyes and over all she looks really good for an old lady\".

Her arms and legs are in good shape and her right thumb looks as though it sustained some damage before it was fired because it has glaze on it and it finished. so it feels smooth and is glossy from glaze but one can see that it is a bit rough. I think it adds to the craftsmanship of the times.

There are no cracks or chips in the head. Her soft body has an opening at the left leg in the front but could be sewn to fix it. I wont do it as it may take away from the authenticity of the antique.
