An excellent example of a Gilbert adamantine mantel clock. In fantastic condition mechanically and cosmetically (see detailed notes above & detailed pix) Movement has been replaced at some point & marked on movement \"89C\" with Seth Thomas name and logo. Has a bell \"ding\" on half hour and deep, rich gong striking the hours. Gorgeous colors & detailing throughout.Runs & strikes great!
