The wear to the base ring underneath the pitcher attests to its age (see last photos). It has no chips, cracks, or hairlines; except for 1 tiny flake underneath at the edge of the polished pontil (just a nick, no crack, doesnt hurt anything, can\'t be seen unless you turn it upside down.
