Vtg Antique H Bequet Belgium Quaregnon Pottery Ewer Pitcher Vase Gold Gilt Bird Floral
Measures 9 1/2\" tall x 8 1/2\" across x 2\" wide. White mother of pearl glaze overall. A yellow bird with green feathers, perched on a branch with pink flowers and greenery accented by gold gilt flourishes is hand painted on one side. Gilt trim on handle, spout and base. Bottom of base is marked in gold: Made in Belgium - H. BEQUET QUAREGNON. Near mint condition -- no chips, cracks or repairs.
The Quaregnon Pottery existed from the early 20th century and ceased production about 4decades ago.
