Made by the Bawo & Dotter Elite Works French Limoges company circa 1900.

It features a scalloped rim trimmed in gold with a French vanilla cream border.

Molded and scrolled designs in relief accented the inside gold interior rim.

The center decore is of beautiful hand painted pansy flowers in a natural setting.

It is well maked on the back with the 1900\'s Bawo & Dotter Elite Works Limoges makersmark and the painters initals of \"L.L.I.\"

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!
