Here is an amazing find––These two dolls are still a couple after so long!
She has fabric braided in her hair, pantaloons under her skirt, and little huaraches (sewn-on soles only). He has an embroidered jacket, a bright serape, a sombrero, and snaps are sewn down the sides of his trousers as ornament! I have no idea the age of these, they are possibly from the 1920s or \'30s but may date to the late 1800s. They are about 8 inches tall. Wonderful details on these precious survivors.
