Historical Blue Staffordshire Plate of The Capitol Building in Washington DC.Made by Rowland and Marsellus in Staffordshire England.This mark was used between 1860 to 1912.The Mack-Hall name was a cash and carry store in Jamestown NY.The plate measures 10 inches in diameter.There is crazing on the back of the plate.There are also a few very small flea bites or glaze pops on the edge of the plate.Lovely Blue color that displays well.
