Up for sale is a very cool old hope or traveling chest. My wife came across this piece from someone who was not aware of what they had? The lady from whom she purchased it from at her garage sale told her that it came from a haunted house,?
The trunk is very old in fact we have no idea how old it is or who the manufacturer is?It is in rough condition and I will not do anything to repair it, I choose to let someone who knows and can appreciate it for what it is.
All of the parts on it except for a few wood skrews are original. It will have to be completely redone if you so choose to do so, we left it as it was the day we found it.
The hinges are either broken or need repair. The interior needs to be redone or simply left as is as it adds to the mystique of the piece.
I have never come across a trunk that had this muchcharacterand potential as this one does.
Its simply the coolest trunk I have ever seen.If you have any suggestions and or input I am open to your response.Thanks for looking!
