Great old pump. Novelty Brand. I have been unable to find any information about this pump brand over the past 2 years of searching. I looked up patent dates, but also came up empty. It\'s got a very unique pump arm geometry. The wooden handle and 1 bolt is missing. The pump is loose and goes through the motions, but I have no idea what is or isn\'t inside the body. Then center rod looks to be brass, but it didn\'t do any cleaning so can\'t say for sure. The base is broken so something will need to be fabricated or perhaps another base will fit??? As shown in the pictures, there is a heavy coat of paint covering everything up. There are what appear to be 2 repairs in picture 9. Will ship or local pickup is always fine.
