This whimsical cat with yellow eyes and a bibis stamped J.B. 683 - the mark of Jennings Brothers. There is some wear to the spelter (white metal with a dark gray finish) as you will note in the pics. Most of the wear to the finish is on the bib pen holder. The glass insert is not included. The hinge is strong.It is approx. 5-1/2" wide by 4-1/2" tall x 5-1/2 deep.
