If this item looks familiar it is because it appears that the signature is not correct, you are buying a fine piece of Korean art but not by the master as it appears.

Description :Korean watercolor on silk laid on cardboard landscape painting. There is a small pagoda a top a large rock cliff overlooking a treed landscape.

The signature lower left appears to be cut out and inset into the painting, it is not original to the painting...
