Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this antique vintage, heavy brass lamp finial. It measures 3 inches tall, with a diameter of 2 inches. The hole appears to be 1/4 inch diameter and the threads do not appear to be stripped. It weighs a hefty 2.2 ounces. I left it the way it was found, unpolished. I\'ll leave that to the new owner.
