Antique Ladies Victorian Skirt. This card is being sold as is and as found and present condition for inspiration or display. I have not washed or press the skirt it is straight from the attic so there is dirt and grime.
The skirt has an extended waist band with hook and eye closure if you want to take the waistband off. There is extra material for that extension. I have no idea On why the extra material but I guess for the extra waistband. The skirt has two rows of white trim around the bottom of the skirt two accent. It is very wide as I do have a hoop underneath and there still more room The hoop is not for sale The skirt. Please see all the pictures for a better description.
