On offer is this antique 2 piece woven rattan basket from Laos .
An older piece that measures ( closed ) 7\" by 4\" .
One basket slips into the other and is held closed by wrapping the red cord around it . There is a small coin at the end of the cord .
Each end is an oval piece of bamboo / rattan .
Good condition . The exposed woven work has darkened over the years and is made more apparent when the basket/ bag is open .
