Measures 25\" high x 20\" wide. This is an incredibly lovely piece. Very heavy iron Victorian fire screen with curved outward top. The scene depicts a young suitor piping a melody for a maiden who is tending to sheep. There is also a dog in the scene. I find no sign of damage on the sculpted part of the piece. The bottom knob is a bit off and might need repair. This is a very rare piece by coveted maker W.L. Sharp & Son. The top of the screen looks to have been custom made with the curvature allowing for the mantle or fireplace surround. You may know more than I do.
