Origin: \'Fleurs Dessinees d\'apres Nature..\' (Flowers Drawn from Life) were published from 1799-1801, 24 stipple engravings of supreme quality destined to be a bible for would-be flower painters. Exact age of this ed. not known. Our definition of a Master Print is a separatelypublished print or series of prints, not being an illustrative print to a text. These can both be prints made by old masters (artists) or prints made by others (artists, engravers, etchers) after old masters.
Subject:Antique print, titled: Souci des Jardins Calendula Officinalis\'. This print is sold with frame and matting.
Condition:Excellent, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully. Professionally framed and matted, not examined out of frame.
