This is an Antique Metal Bradley & Hubbard No 4 Radiant Kerosene Oil Lamp. It’s a great looking lamp. It looks like someone attempted to electrify it. You’ll notice a hole drilled in the base and the gallery looks dented (see pictures). The burner looks nice (except for the gallery). The flame spreader is also missing.
