This jar is about 3\" diameter and 3 1/2\"H; it is about 4\" at it\'s widest spot. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or flakes noted, just normal roughness from age and use around the edges of the base and lid. Please see photos for detail. Unmarked.This is a rare gem, as I have not been able to find any others comparable. It has original paint remaining on the two horse heads that are the handles of the jar. The inside surfaces are smooth and glossy, and the outside decorative areas have a cool textured surface. This is a nice oldpiece.
This was inherited from an avid collector, who did most of her collecting at antique and glass shows during the 1980\'s and 1990\'s. I would like it to go to a collector who will really love it.
