Hello! For your consideration, an antique Navajo rug.This is a beautiful and unique old weaving from the 1920 - 1930 time period.
It was hand woven and spun from wool that was hand carded and dyed.Very soft weaving with beautiful art deco inspired Ganado pattern.It also has amazingly brilliant colors on both sides. No fading.
Black, red, light beige and natural grey.Lots of variation of the greys in the main field. Lazy lines running everywhere!
Blanket is very tightly and finely woven.Feels like something between a blanket and a rug.
Nice large size! In fantastic original condition.Has all four fancy tassels. Light fraying in spots.
Blanket measures: 52\" in length x 40\" in width.Blanket weighs: 5 lbs.
