If the winning buyer should failto submit payment or contact me by the end of the fourth day after the saleends, I automatically open an unpaid item case in ’s Resolution Center onthe fifth day so that I can recoup the fees I paid to sell the item on. In accordance with ’s rules, the buyer has 4 days to pay foran unpaid item once notified of the open case. If the buyer doesn’trespond, the unpaid item will be recorded on their account, which can leadto loss of buying privileges or suspension of their account.
