Pitcher is 8 3/4\" to top of the spout..Tumblers are 4 1/2\" tall . Each Tumbler is slightly different in size but very slightly.One Tumbler is a much light opalescent but all are marked underlined N forNorthwoodI do not see any chips or cracks . There is a straw line in the bottom of the pitcher. It does need a good washsince it has been stored in a china cabinet for years.
