This is an original oil pastel drawing on paper. Visible art size: 6 1/2 BY 4 1/2 inches, (This is a small work of art.) Frame size:10 3/4 BY 8 3/4 inches. This was purchased by myself recently at a Los Angeles, Ca estate sale, at a old house, in Pasadena Ca. Iresearched the artistsignature, thesignature is similar to Dutch Impressionist, Evert Moll. The confirmedsignatures I have came across bear similarities to the one on the drawing up for sale. The confirmed ones are all from oil paintings, an oil pastel or pencilsignature is often different from asignature produced by a brush. The \"M\" and the \"O\" seem to have much in common with the samples online. I am am not an authority, or a certifiedauthenticator, so I am starting the offerding at what I would sell a small, nice antique work of art like this by an unknown artist. Study all the pictures in the listing before offerding, I tried to capture all the angles photographing the framed art through the glass. I cutaway the paper on the back to see how it was mounted in the frame to see how it was mounted in the frame and to photograph. I have not taken it out of the frame, the original frame has damage, see pictures, needs to be reframed to make it all it can be.
