Authentic Vintage Lineberry Factory Cart

This cart is smooth to the touch! The oak top, frame, fasteners, and iron are all original. This cart has been completely restored.

We have added a set screw to both end wheels to prevent end-to-end rocking. These carts were designed and built to be used in factories. They are durable and strong, but they rock (end to end). Rocking was part of their design so they could roll over the uneven surfaces of a factory floor. Rocking is good for a factory, but bad for a table. We have added a set screw to each end-wheel so that the cart can\'t tip any more. A wrench is included with the cart so you can adjust it just the way you want it.

Not every cart on has a fix for this rocking. Look carefully.

Own a piece of authentic American history! This antique cart is a genuine product of dedicated American craftsmanship. It came out of a furniture factory in Western North Carolina, a center of furniture manufacturing in the last century. Carts moved furniture and furniture parts around the factory during production. The signs of their years of service have been preserved. The cart was manufactured by the Lineberry Company in North Wilkesboro, NC . Lettering Update : Our lettering is authentic. \"LINEBERRY - N. WILKESBORO, NC\" appears on both sides of the cart.

Superior Restoration Process:

The iron was removed from the cart and carefully cleaned, buffed, and sprayed with a satin clear coat finish. The oak was cleaned, restored, and given several coats of a durable satin finish. The oak top has a furniture grade finish. This is a perfect finish for a coffee table. The underside of the cart has been cleaned, sanded, and sealed.

You are offerding on the actual cart shown in these photos. We photograph each cart we sell! Dimensions: Top (wheel to wheel): 52\" The oak top is 48\" long X 27\" wide and 15\" off the floor.

The cart ships in two boxes by FedEx ground right to your door. The wheels are removed for shipping to make the cart much easier to handle in transit, delivery, and set up. The wheels reattach with the supplied bolts, washers, and nuts. Assembly instructions are included.
