Antique Italian Painting in Giltwood Frame

sale is for a very nice old painting which originally came from an art dealer in Florance, Italy called Flor & Findel. There is a sticker on back from the store. I believe the painting to be oil. I am not sure what medium it is painted on. I thought it might be ceramic. I didn\'t want to remove it from the frame to see. The painting looks religious in nature of perhaps an Angel or the Virgin Mary. The frame is beautiful. It is composed of a number of different wood sections. The carved outer frame looks to be wood. There are a few spots on the back where you can see the bare wood. There is one spot where I see what looks like plaster up near the square frame. It looks more like it was an old repair.

There are also 2 signatures on back of the painting. I believe one is the signature of the person who bought the piece. The other I cannot make out.

Overall, it looks in good condition for the age. There are some minor issues mostly to do with the gold paint missing in a few spots or a few cracks in the paint. I zoomed up on these spots in the photos. The very last photo shows the spot where there is a bit of plaster. The painting itself looks like it has some slight cracking in the surface.
