Up for sale is a 1937 Philco antique tube radio model 37-62 in a medium walnut cabinet with intricate grill cutouts and a shadow box dial in black escutcheon.This is a 5 tube AM/Police radio with original aerial antenna and three rotary controls for on/off/volume, band selector and tuning.Radio was fully recapped, all tubes tested and replaced as needed.New dial light and power cord with vintageplugwere installed.Chassis was cleaned and controls lubricated.AM reception is good and clear.Cabinet was stripped, refinished and coated with multiple layers of clear lacquer.There are some wood and finish imperfections (see pictures)New vintage grill cloth was installed.All original Philco knobs are present and operate properly.Paper stickers are present.Dimensions are : 16\"Lx9\"Wx10\"H Shipping cost to lower 48 states is $24.00Radio will be securely packed and shipped insured by FedEx Home DeliveryFree local pick up.Thank you and Good Luck!
