I will do my best to describe this old outfit. It is all handmade, truly old and has been worn

I hand washed both pieces as they were dingy and yellowed-they came out pretty clean, a couple small spots that I did not want to rub. The \"felt\" is very soft yet durable-I am not real sure what it is made of

the blouse appears to be cotton with hand crochet detail

fit small -my mannequin is small

I believe it is around 1900 and ethnic-Spanish? Mexican?
