This is an antique framed porcelain oval portrait painting that I found at a Seattle area estate sale. It is very old & original. I took the porcelain portrait out of the damaged frame to see the maker marks & signature (see pictures). There are impressed markings on the back & it is signed \"Neopolitain Boy\". Also it is stamped GERMANY. It is a signed piece, I found a Wagner signature (see picture). The porcelain painting is in excellent lightly used condition, no chipping or fading to the paint, the image looks great (see pictures). No chips or cracks to the oval porcelain. The antique frame is damaged, but the pieces are all here, so it can be restored (see pictures). I believe this piece was made by KPM Germany, but not sure. The porcelain portrait measures 7\" tall.
