You are offerding on an Antique Powell & Bishop Vertical Ironstone Porcelain Toothbrush Holder. Dates to circa 1890. Measures approx.6\" tall x 3-1/2\" wide at base x 2-1/2\" wide on top. It is in excellent estate condition, nochips, cracks or repairs, does have some darkening to the glaze in 1 area of the base. This has a drain on the bottom and a hole on the side to pour out any water that accumulates. Great and still useful piece.
