This is a vintage, used item that was found in an old barn in Wisconsin. There is a copper band around it...air hose? I notice some minor splitting in the wood.

Measures approx. 8 1/2\" long

Spigot is about 3/8\" in diameter on open side and about 3/4\" on the handle side
