Beautiful antique quilt. MEASURES 100 X 84.Perfect for a queen or full size bed. With a little creativity, can even be used on a king.In fact,being displayed in this photo on a king. Dresden plate. Pristine museum quality. Hand stitched.No revisions or machine work have been done to it. Can be traced back to the maker in Elkton, MI in the early 1930s. The quilter made it for a friend, who admired it but never used it. The stitching is impeccable. Feed sack material. Peach colored cotton border with saw tooth edges. Approximately a queen size. Was stored for many years in a cedar chest. Although it is from a very clean home, the owner did smoke many years ago. The quilt has just been hand washed and air dried. There is only a very faint smell of smoke. The colors are still brilliant.
