Your offerding on antique Oscar moser& cie. Silver 84/0,875 ,hallmarks on all covers with serial number #192161 pocket watch. It does feel like it winds up,but does not work, missing the second hand. The movement has the name Oscar moser & Cie. Engraved on it but no numbers. I look up it with serial number and it maybe 1889-1890 but not sure 100%.Very rare piece. The dial also has the name Oscar moser & Cie. On it but a little dirty and letter rub off a little,numerals are from 1 -12. The pointers do move and you can set the time by the little pull out lever on the right side of the winding mechanism. Any question contact me before offerding.Good luck. VERY RARE piece.
