Up for consideration is a Roseville Pottery Imperial 1 planter introduced late in the first quarter of the twentieth century Imperial one has a rustic appearance with a rough textured surface that mixes muddy green, brown, and ivory and a stylized grapevine that has an odd pretzel like appearance. This motive is set off by Shamrock shaped leaf and a blue grey blob that suggests the grape cluster but you really have to use your imagination to see any grapes pieces are unmarked. This planter is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs, it measures approximately 6.25 \" tall with a top diameter being approximately 7\" .
