Beautiful rare Victorian mantel or caplet. Perfect light weight and pretty strong for its age. This was definitely taken care of! The collar area is nicely embellished with floral and vine appliqués. There are 2 panels that have the same attached to the sleeves. There are also 2 panels down the front and 3 on the backside with one as a \"tail\" with the same design. Seams are nicely done and covered. This closes at the chest with 5 hook and eyes (all are there!). This is in overall very good wearable condition. There are a few pin holes and one area in front/side that has a few seperations. These can easily be stabilized. This is a S/M size. I am close to a large and this is just slightly snug at the collar bone area. There is a tag of \"Booth\" on the inside with some kind of tape. I have not attempted to remove this or clean the item. A cold hand wash should do if needed. Measures approx. 24\" down front center and 22\" center back. Side arm holes hang at approx. 16\". Please ask if any questions. Thank you.
