Antique Santa in Mica glittered cardboard Sleigh

This 3" Santa Claus figure was with Christmas items pre-1930. I think he would have been made in Germany? The face & body are papier mache. His suit is felt and the beard is real fur backed on leather. I put him in a vintage mica glitter sleigh which is from the 50\'s, probably made in Japan.
