Antique Schuco Germany Yes No 8\" Mohair & Felt Bellhop Monkey

From a recent estate sale is this wonderful old Schuco bellhop Monkey. The monkey is 8\" tall. His body is hard and I believe made of tin covered with felt and his head andtail are covered with mohair. He is fully jointed and his tail has the yes/no mechanism. If you push the tail into his bodyhis mouth opens to reveal a red felt tongue and stubs of teeth. The Yes movement is very strong but on the No movementhis head moves only a little.He is in overall very nice condition. He hassome wear to the felt on his body and on his face. The mohairis quiteworn on his head and tail but he still looks good.
