This is anice clock thatmeasures approx.16\"tall x10 7/8\" wide at the base by4 1/2\" deep.

There is NO KEY for this clock.

There are a few scuffs andscratches here and there on the outside of the wood case as you can see in the pictures. Its a little dusty and will need a cleaning. The top is a little loose, but I think its been this way a long time. The latch works just fine.

I used one of our keys and wound it a little andit was running the whole time I edited pics and did this listing. We don\'t know how long it will run once it gets to you as we have no way of knowing how it is being handled in the mail, so we cannot guarantee it runs upon arrival.It strikes the right number of chimes on the right hour and once on the half hour. Has a nice sound although the hammer might need a tiny adjusting, seems to have a very slight vibration sound, then again, could just be me.

UPDATE: Its still running and keeping pretty good time...been about 18 hours...

The pendulum looks to be in good condition.

The top glass on the door is a little loose. It has a chip on the edge, but you can\'t see it from the outside. Not sure if it had been replaced or not.

The movement is marked \"The Sessions Clock Co. Forestville Conn USA\". Looks to be pretty clean. It seemed to keep pretty good time in the two hours I had it running.

Thepainted metal facehas a lot of wear and scratched near the key holes. If it had a name at one time, its been worn off. I can read \"Made in U.S. A.\" below the 6.

There is no \"attic\" or \"storage\" smell.
