This list price includes a pair of cast iron andirons.This is a set/pair of antique andirons rendered in cast iron with St. Bernard faces and very primitive bases. Although the exact age is unknown, the patina, design and construction indicate that they are antique (>90 yo or older.) This is my guesstimate & opinion; however, I do not specialize in antiques.The bases, upon which the wood/logs rest, are not the same length, with one iron measuring approx. 9.5\" in length, while the other is approx.8.25\" length.The longest one has rough end, like maybe it is missing a piece, but maybe you could replace it.CONDITION:

As seen in the photos, there is age-related rust, wear, and divots in iron, all indicative of the antique/old age of the set. Both andirons are sturdy. Each one is a solid piece and is NOT screwed together.
