This is a very nice Nautical Clock

Clock face and arms and super nice

Case has some marks on it(see pics)

looks like paint maybe, could prob be cleaned off.

I didn\'t want to mess with it.

Comes with Winding key. Clock can still be wound and it will set

but the clock does not tick.

It has been in storage for a long time.
