A wonderful piece of history that has been in our family since it was new. That\'s a long time.....We are in the process of downsizing, so we are selling off the items we know we really don\'t need (but would have loved to keep).This is an 1800\'s shoe shine chair. I am unsure of its production origins, but I know it has been in the Baltimore area for about 100 years. It needs almost no work done to it at all. The wood parts still look good and the black iron doesn\'t even need to be painted.Truly a once in a lifetime purchase!Local pick up only on this one.
