Two similar vintage or antique signed MOSER MADE IN CZECHOLSLAVAKIA KARLSBADVaseline green type vases of slightly different size and proportion that readily glow with a black light. Please note the first 10 photos are taken in plain artificial light and the 11th ( just before the last showing size and scale with ruler ) is taken with black light. With some type of gold or gilt applied decal of neoclassical figures and scenes which appear identical on both front and back of both pieces.
Of slightly different size....one a little smaller than the other as follows:
The Larger is 4 1/4 wide by 3 7/8th high and 1 5/8th inchesdeep.The Smaller is 4 wide by 3 5/8 high by 1 7/8 deep so I guess the \"smaller\" is actually a little deeper now that I have measured them.
THESE ARE VERY HEAVY VASES AND WEIGH APPROXIMATELY 1 POUND 4 OUNCES EACH
Please note the birds present in the neoclassical designed emblem. There appears to be a bird in the figures hair and she might be petting one with her outstretched hand. There also appears to be an owl like bird on the right side adjacent her spearand shield. I could be way off here but I am thinking perhaps maybe the figure is that of Athena aka Minervawhich may add some historical interest to theabove offered lot. Athena was born on the Island of Crete to Zeus and Metis. Rumor has it she was in love withOdysseusbut they never hooked up.

In overall very good condition with no apparent issues. Would benefit from cleaning.
