There are makers marks to both knives and forks but I can\'t decipher them.The set evidently has been well used and all the knives, forks and box show signs of wear.
The key is missing to the box, one knife and one fork have a crack to the mother of pearl handle (photo 7). In some areas the silver plate has \'bubbled\' away from the base metal. This isn\'t very noticeable and neither detracts from the appearance of function of the set.
Canteen measures 9.5 x 11 x 2\" (225 x 275 x 50mm) approximately.
Knife: 7.75\" (200mm) in length. Fork: 6.5 \" (160mm) in length.
Overall weight: 2038 grams.
