Antique Sterling Silver Shamrock Brooch Irish Green Connemara StoneDescription: An antique sterling silver brooch with beautifully variegated green Connemara marble stones. Made in England, it is 1 1/8\" across, andhas a sturdy old-fashioned simple c-clasp on the reverse. We believe it dates to 1900- 1910. We find no damage. It has full maker\'s mark and hallmarks, but most are unreadable. The maker\'s are \"H _ &_\". We can read \".925\" and the Gaelic word \"Sasana\", which I believe means \"England\". We have lightly cleaned it. Wear it on your shawl, coat, jacket, cloak, sweater or cap. Please enlarge our photos for nice close up views of the design and condition.
