Breath taking antique slip or petticoat. Gorgeous natural creamy linen or cotton fabric with a raised trailing floral pattern as well as some eyelet. This may be almost 100 years old. There is some slight discoloration on the fabric and a few age spots. I am not sure if these can be removed. The discolorations are not terribly noticeable. The spots are a darker color, so they are somewhat noticeable. The fabric on this is so soft and strong despite it\'s age. It has a lot of body and volume despite it\'s softness. There is beautiful hardware on the closure. 2 brass toned large eyehooks and below are regular looking eyehooks. There are 2 loops on the sides of this skirt that I imagine were used for holding together another garment. This is a stunning piece.
