Up for sale is a Beautiful Antique Book Jewelry box made from Olive wood and a Souvenir of Sorrento, Italy. The jewelry box as a hidden lock that is exposed when you slide book center forward and the cover plate slides down. The box measures 4 3/4 tall x 8 1/2 x 5 1/8 inches The box comes with the key but the lock mechanism is not working. The interior is lined with quilted light blue silk and shows some age but is in very good condition over all considering the age. There are two small drawers the rest side by side and can be removed for the deeper interior area. The top has an inset are showing old images of Sorrento and framed by beautiful inlaid details.Please send any questions.Thank you.Smoke free.
