Looks to have Russian or Czech influence. The body of the boy and dog is spelter. The rest is either copper, brass or bronze. The stack looks to be original. It measures a little over 22 inches with the stack. I cannot make out the marking on the underside. Note the green on the underside of the glass where the kerosene goes. I have no idea if that can be removed or if you would want to remove it. As shown and described.
